Rod Stewart “Young Turks”
I remember that this was my good luck song during either GTA: Vice City or GTA: San Andreas, whichever one it was. Probably San Andreas, because I think my good luck song in Vice City was Kate Bush’s “Wow.” Anyways, whenever I was on a mission and driving around in whatever car I had stolen and this song came on, I just knew that everything was going to go well. Even if I had fucked up a thousand times and was redoing the mission for the 1001th time, if this song came on, it was all good in the neighborhood.
And if I wasn’t on the mission, I’d just crank up the volume on TV and drive around the city or the countryside or wherever, hitting pedestrians, smiling as they bounced off my car’s hood and dreaming up magically happy endings to both young love and crime sprees alike.
